1. Order Processing
- Once your order is placed, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding weekends and national holidays).
- Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will update once the carrier has received and scanned your package.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We offer the following shipping methods:
UK Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 2 - 3 business days
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 4 - 10 business days (shipping times may vary based on logistics and customs clearance in your country).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier disruptions.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country’s customs agency.
- These fees are not collected by CURA Wear but are paid directly to the customs agency in your delivery country.
- If you refuse to pay the customs or import duties and the package is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping fees.
4. Stock Availability & Order Adjustments
- Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you via email.
- If this happens, you may choose an alternative item or request a refund for the unavailable item.
