RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless return and refund process.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot accept your return request.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
  • International orders (outside the UK) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If a return is received after the 14-day period, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 10-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days, please contact us with your order number, return request ID, and return tracking number.


SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (if returned, these will either be sent back or incur a 50% restocking fee).

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS & EDITS

Cancellations

  • Orders, including pre-orders, must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Editing Orders

  • Please double-check your shipping address, items, and sizes before placing your order.
  • We may not be able to modify an order once it has been placed.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

  • Prices are subject to change based on trends, demand, and promotions.
  • We do not offer price adjustments or refunds for price differences after your purchase.
